Melissa Lusk is an accomplished real estate professional who utilizes leadership, innovation, and teamwork to create and implement viable solutions to complete goals. It is her passion as a successful problem solver with dynamic communication skills to help families sell their property and/or buy the home of their dreams. Her tenacity and eagerness to reach the same goals as her customers have been the key to Melissa’s success as a REALTOR® for more than 10 years. Her keen interpersonal skills aid Melissa in accomplishing the mission, closing the transaction, and maintaining strong relationships with her customers and associates. Originally from Athens, Georgia, Melissa currently lives in Fort Myers, and is a member of the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association and the I-85 North Board of REALTORS® in Georgia. She has been certified by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Seller Representative Specialist and Military Relocation Professional and has helped numerous servicemembers relocate with ease due to her partnership with the Homes for Heroes program. Additionally, Melissa is a farm and ranch specialist who has affectionately been dubbed “the chicken chick” because she sells poultry farms in her native Georgia.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and their Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog, Arie. She enjoys scuba diving, backpacking, biking, traveling, visiting the beach, and attending social events.
